Return and Refund Policy

Overview: Our return and refund policy is valid for 2 days from the date of delivery. If more than 2 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

Eligible Cases for Refund: To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is damaged during transit.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • A wrong item is delivered.

Unboxing Video Requirement: Upon receiving your parcel, please take an opening video to qualify for a refund under the following cases:

  • We will process a full or partial refund or replacement based on the type and extent of damage.
  • Claims without an unboxing video may be refused to prevent fraudulent cases.

Exclusions: Please be aware of the following exclusions:

  • Returns or cancellations based on personal preference or change of mind will not be accepted or processed.
  • Requests for items that do not match the originally sent product will not be entertained.
  • Damage to packing boxes during courier transit is not covered.
  • Hygiene items like teethers and rattles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Products made from natural woods may show variations in texture, which are not considered as damage for return purposes.

How to Initiate a Return: You can request a return via email (craftdealss@gmail.com) or Whatsapp (+91 8951079040). Further instructions will be provided once your return request is accepted.

Types of Goods Exempt from Returns: Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized or customized products, unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

Refund Process: Refunds will be initiated within 72 hours for prepaid orders and within 5 days for COD orders upon receipt of the product at our facility. Shipping charges will not be deducted in case of defects from our end or transit damage.

Order Cancellation Policy: Once an order is processed by Craftdeals.in, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests via email. Craftdeals.in reserves the right to determine if an order can be cancelled, and customers agree not to dispute such decisions.

  • Requests for order cancellations on www.craftdeals.in will not be entertained.
  • In exceptional cases where cancellation is accepted, a 10% restocking fee (excluding shipping charges) may apply.
  • Cancellations must be requested within 1 hours of order placement.

Delivery:

  • Standard delivery times vary by region (South India: 3-5 working days, North India: 5-10 working days).
  • Expedited shipping is available for urgent orders with additional charges.
  • Delivery timelines may be impacted by natural calamities beyond our control.
