Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in the following cases:

  • Damaged Item: The item was damaged during transit.
  • Manufacturing Defect: The item has a defect upon receipt.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: You received an incorrect product.

Note: An unboxing video is mandatory to process claims. Claims without this video may be rejected to prevent fraudulent cases.


Exchange & Refund Process

  • Timeframe: Returns or refund requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
  • How to Initiate: Contact us via email at support@craftdeals.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8951079040 with details and the unboxing video.
  • We will process a full or partial refund or replacement based on the type and extent of damage.
  • Return Pickup:
    • Arranged by us where feasible.
    • If unavailable, you must courier the item back to us. Courier charges will be reimbursed at ₹50 per kg for eligible claims.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

  • Store Credit: By default, refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 72 hours after receiving the returned product.
  • COD Orders: Refunds are processed within 5 working days after product receipt.
  • Shipping Charges: These are non-refundable unless the damage or defect is from our end.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Products purchased during Bulk order, clearance or mega sales.
  2. Personalized or customized products (unless damaged or defective).
  3. Hygiene-sensitive items like teethers and rattles.
  4. Natural wood products with texture variations (not considered defects).
  5. Returns or cancellations based on personal preference or change of mind.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of order placement.
  • Processed Orders: Once an order is processed, cancellations will not be entertained.
  • Exceptional Cases: If accepted, a 20% restocking fee (excluding shipping charges) may apply.

Delivery Guidelines

Once the order is dispatched.

  • Standard Delivery:
    • South India: 2–4 working days.
    • North India: 4–7 working days.
  • Express Delivery: Available with additional charges, contact us.
  • Estimated Delivery: We provide only an estimated delivery date as shipping is handled by third-party courier services. Delivery times may vary due to natural calamities or factors beyond our control.
