Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. UNBOXING VIDEO MUST FOR ANY CLAIMS.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Returns & Replacements
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
• The product was purchased directly from Craftdeals.in.
• The return request is made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Received wrong item.
• Received defective item.
• Requests for items that are not the same as sent will not be entertained.
• Damage caused by the customer while opening the parcel or damage to electronic items like heat guns and machines will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
• We do not replace or refund for damage to packing boxes during courier transit.
• The item is in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• In case if the product received is slightly damaged based on usability company will decide the refund percentage. if the product is fully damaged or non usable case we will issue full refund with proper unboxing video.
• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

In case of the defect from our end or transit damage, shipping charges will not be deducted.
Due to hygiene reason teethers and rattles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return process will be briefed directly over call, whatsapp or email once the request is accepted.
Refund will be initiated within 48hrs (Prepaid orders) and 4 days (COD orders) once the product is received back at our facility.
Order cancellation request needs to be made within before the order is dispatched. Shipping charges will be deducted in case the order is dispatched.

• South India: 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays).
• North India: 5 to 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays).
2. Delivery Attempts:
• Our logistics partners will attempt delivery three times. If the recipient is not available, we will charge for reattempting the delivery.
3. Urgent Orders:
For urgent orders, we offer expedited shipping with extra cost. We will process these orders through air mode to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Call us or Whatsapp us on 9740134268 to get exact shipping charges after you place the order.
Incase if courier company unable to deliver on time we won’t be able to refund your shipping charges as those are not in our control.
• Express Delivery for South India: 2 to 3 working days.
• Express Delivery for North India: 3 to 5 working days.
• While we strive to maintain our delivery timelines, there might be situations beyond our control, such as natural calamities, which can impact regular or express delivery.
• In such cases, the delivery timeline may be modified, but it will not exceed 16 days from the date of order placement.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
Customers can cancel the order only before the order is shipped by contacting us on email email@example.com or Whatsapp – +91 9740134268 with order number, cancellation reason and product details for processing.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
All orders may not be eligible for cancellation, product type & category of the product will be applicable for eligibility. Cancellation reasons for the change in color, size etc., will not be accepted unless the product ordered on the website and the received does not match.
